Xinning has been one of the strongest additions to the company since she joined, and continues to be an invaluable member of the Trinax team. She has consistently helped the sales team to deliver designs and proposals in a timely manner, never failing to take a unique and innovative approach with her ideas and creative direction, while also understanding and managing the nuances of meeting business needs and objectives. During my time spent working with Xinning, she has contributed greatly with her own ideas and input to value add to proposals and projects, taken the time and effort to proactively research and gain knowledge of the client’s branding, preferences and requirements in greater depth in order to produce more tailored and effective proposals. She is also able to carry out the company’s strategy of pushing key solutions, such as gen AI technologies most recently, to convert new opportunities into more than just additional projects for the portfolio, but into marketable and industry leading ideas and references. Last but not least, she has evidently been very successful at building rapport and establishing a cohesive and wholesome spirit within her team, and has helped to instil a very open, positive and collaborative culture amongst the wider company.

I’ve had the rewarding opportunity of working closely with Xinning at Trinax, and she brings a strong sense of structure, commitment and warmth to her role as Creative Services Manager. Leading a large and diverse team of design talents, she handles the design strategy & design ops needs across the company with efficiency, consistency, and care—whether it’s pitch decks, moonshot ideas, product features, or project collaterals.
